Terms & Conditions

Eligibilities:

• PartnerCore user as existing direct business partner for AIC and its business units.
• PartnerCore users as OEM/ODM customers, distributor, system integrator or value-added reseller.
• Existing direct business partner is defined by the combination of the three definitions below.
  • Existing – Business partner who has purchased AIC product within the past six-month period.
  • Direct – Business partner who has its account setup in AIC accounting system with up-to-date account information.
  • Business Partner – Legal business entity that has legal business transactions with AIC and AIC’s business units.

Conditions:

• PartnerCore user will be automatically subscribed to AIC e-notice program and will receive notice electronically from AIC
• PartnerCore user agrees to AIC’s website TERM OF USE and PRIVACY POLICY
• PartnerCore user agrees to keep his/her user name and password confidential and not to disclose account information to third party.
• PartnerCore user agrees to change his/her password at least once in three months, unless when prompted by PartnerCore administrator
